The Privacy policy of Elixir Management Consultants LLP, hereinafter referred to as Elixir or The Company outlines how Information and Data is collected, how it is verified, with whom it is shared and how long it is stored in our database. It also describes the rights of the Candidate to correct, update or archive the information stored by Elixir.

  • Candidate Information is collected from the CV submitted by the candidate to Elixir, in response to a Job posting or information / CV published online on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Behance or other Scientific journals or publications.
  • Candidate Information is further verified through referrals provided by previous employers, endorsements by colleagues / co-workers and customers. Certifications are also verified for validity if this is mandated by the prospective employer.
  • Candidate Information is shared within Elixir to associates who are assigned with order fulfillment, which includes shortlisting suitable candidates for the job, performing a fitment assessment, communication with the prospective employer and scheduling interviews which could include 3rd Party subject matter experts who are tasked with conducting interviews.
  • Candidate Information / CV is also shared with prospective employers, where the Elixir Logo is either watermarked or attached to the CV.
  • Candidate Information is stored with Elixir in an internal format that typically has the name, email address and the telephone number of the Candidate. In addition to this, educational qualifications, professional certifications, number of years of experience and Job titles are stored.
  • Elixir does not reveal any of this information to any 3rd Party who is not part of the Recruitment process or is not incorporated by reference in a Confidentiality agreement.
  • Elixir always enters into a Confidentiality agreement with all it's clients / prospective employers before sharing Candidates information. All our associates and team members are also bound by a Confidentiality agreement where Candidates information is not compromised by unauthorised access or sharing.
  • The Candidate can request Elixir to update the information stored or to permanently Archive it by reaching out to us on our website.
  • Any disputes would be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Courts in India.
